Releasing and Reassigning Your Medical Marijuana Provider

We want to inform you that Dr. Blake Sayre is no longer with East Hill Medical Group. If you are a medical marijuana patient of Dr. Sayre’s, you will need to release yourself as his patient in the MMUR so that we can assign you to one of our three available providers.

If you have already released and scheduled with your new provider, please disregard.

Please note that it is the patient’s responsibility to complete this step, as our staff does not have access to your MMUR account.

Once you have released yourself, please give us a call to reschedule with one of our three providers and lock in your discount.
