Kevin Hogan, DC
CLINIC Administrator
Dr. Hogan is a seasoned Chiropractic Physician with over two decades of experience in family and Chiropractic primary care. As the Clinic Administrator of East Hill Medical Group, Inc., he has cultivated a patient-centric, multi-disciplinary medical practice that encompasses medical and traditional spas, a medical marijuana evaluation and recommendation clinic, and chiropractic care.
Under Dr. Hogan’s leadership, East Hill Medical Group features a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, aestheticians, and dietitians, all collaborating to deliver comprehensive and high-quality care. Dr. Hogan emphasizes an integrative approach to patient well-being, focusing on medical aesthetic treatments, patient education for healthier lifestyles, medical marijuana evaluations, and chiropractic care. He maintains close collaborations with family physicians and medical specialists to ensure patients receive optimal healthcare options and outcomes.
Dr. Hogan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from the University of West Florida in 1994 and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds licenses in Florida and Alabama and is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association.
Residing in Pensacola since his return from Atlanta, Dr. Hogan married his high school sweetheart, Missy, in 2001, and they are blessed with three children: Ella, Cooper, and Griffin.
Dr. Sayre is the Medical Director of East Hill Medical Group. In 2017, he completed the training course required to become a certifying physician for medical marijuana. Additionally, he obtained his certification for Aesthetic Medicine Advanced Injectables Procedure and Advanced Cosmetic Laser Procedures. Dr. Sayre works closely with his staff to ensure that his patients have the best healthcare options and outcomes.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He went on to receive his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. Dr. Sayre completed his internship and residency through the University of Florida at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
Dr. Sayre has lived in Pensacola since his Sacred Heart internship. He has a daughter Lainey, and a loving wife, Helen. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring all things food-related: visiting restaurants, finding and cooking interesting recipes, and traveling to eat local, authentic food in different regions.

Eric Stillman, MD
OPHTALMOLOGIST
Dr. Stillman provides therapeutic medicine through Florida Medical Marijuana Certifications for qualifying patients. He meets with patients to manage and advise the various treatment options that medical marijuana can provide.
An experienced ophthalmologist with a fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery, Dr. Stillman served three years on active duty in the United States Air Force as Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology, Consultant, Department of Defense Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Followed by 27 years of practice at the Medical Center Clinic, he provided general ophthalmic care as well as ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery in a seven person subspecialized ophthalmology practice.
Dr. Stillman graduated from Tulane University with a double BS in Psychology and Biology, and then went on to earn his MD from Tulane University School of Medicine.
He is licensed to practice in the states of Florida and Alabama.
Rick Savarino, MD
ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON
Dr. Savarino provides therapeutic medicine through Florida Medical Marijuana Certifications for qualifying patients. He meets with patients to manage and advise the various treatment options that medical marijuana can provide.
An experienced Orthopedic Surgeon, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. He completed his Orthopedic Surgical Residency Training at Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, VA. Dr. Savarino spent 20 years as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola. Looking for a change of pace, he became certified to recommend Medical Marijuana in the State of Florida.
Dr. Savarino lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with his wife and 2 children.
He is licensed to practice in Florida.
Jessica Locchead, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Jessica Locchead is a certified physician assistant originates from Naperville, Illinois. She attended Florida State University, graduating with a Degree in Dietetics in 2005. She furthered her education at UAB graduating with a masters as a Physician Assistant in 2008.
She started her career at Medical Center Clinic’s department of Gastroenterology with Dr. Alshurieki and Dr. Powell. During that time she met her husband and moved to Miami working with athletes in osteopathic sports medicine.
Her family returned to Pensacola and she worked with Dr. Gotthelf. There she specialized in obesity medicine and started a weight management program. Jess is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, NCCPA, AAPA, and FAPA. Her passion is helping patients live their healthiest life with nutrition, exercise, and medically supervised weight loss. She lives with her husband, daughter, and their two Weimaraners.
Jessica Fahy, FNP-C
NURSE PRACTITIONER | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Jessica is a Nurse Practitioner at East Hill Medical Group. Jessica is a graduate of Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY where she graduated in 2016 with a GPA of 4.0 and received her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is accredited by the American Association of Nurse practitioners as an FNP-C.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse after earning her BSN from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She also has a degree in Nutrition from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where she spent four years on the crew team.
She resides in Gulf Breeze with her husband, two young daughters, and their rescue pups.
Shelby Daily, FNP-C
NURSE PRACTITIONER | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Shelby is originally from Mobile, Alabama. She is a third-generation nurse who received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of South Alabama. Shelby has a background in Primary Care and we are excited to welcome her to East Hill.
She has lived in Pensacola for 10 years with her husband, Taylor, and their two cats, Nolie and Lucy. When not at the office, Shelby enjoys outdoor activities such as paddle boarding and running, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Jennifer Kimbro, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Jenny was born in New York and raised in Pensacola. She has been an RN for over 15 years with a focus in emergency room/trauma medicine. She also has 10+ years of experience as a paramedic and a firefighter.
Jenny completed her education at Florida State University and South University, where she graduated summa cum laude and magna cum laude, respectively. She is licensed by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
She currently resides in Pensacola, Fl. with her husband and their blended family of 5 children, 4 dogs, a fish and some hermit crabs.
Jessica Ayers
Spa Coordinator
Jessica is the Spa Coordinator for East Hill Medical Group and is a licensed Laser Technician, as well as a Medical Technician. She has been with East Hill Medical Group since 2012.
Jessica is a graduate of Pensacola State College and Cindy Cassady School of Electrology. She has two delightful children Delilah and Max. Jessica is happily married to her husband Nick.
Lane Hebert
Office Manager
Lane is the Office Manager and has been with East Hill Medical Group since 2013.
She proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard. Lane is a graduate of Pensacola State College with an Associate of Science degree. She graduated from Sunstate Academy in Clearwater, FL for massage therapy.
Lane’s focus is on managing a practice that emphasizes patient welfare. Her motto is “Teamwork makes the Dream work”, and has organized East Hill Medical Group in cross functional teams to support our excellent patient care.
Diane Nguyen
Assistant Manager
Diane is the Assistant Manager and has been with East Hill Medical Group since 2019.
She acquired her Associate of Arts degree from Pensacola State College. A born multi-tasker Diane manages the front desk with a friendly but efficient hand. Her infectious laughter can be heard as she assists patients with the check out process. Diane is a native of Pensacola and comes from a large loving family. Her cat Hercules is a loyal companion.
