Kevin Hogan, DC
CLINIC Administrator
Dr. Hogan is a seasoned Chiropractic Physician with over two decades of experience in family and Chiropractic primary care. As the Clinic Administrator of East Hill Medical Group, Inc., he has cultivated a patient-centric, multi-disciplinary medical practice that encompasses medical and traditional spas, a medical marijuana evaluation and recommendation clinic, and chiropractic care.
Under Dr. Hogan’s leadership, East Hill Medical Group features a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, aestheticians, and dietitians, all collaborating to deliver comprehensive and high-quality care. Dr. Hogan emphasizes an integrative approach to patient well-being, focusing on medical aesthetic treatments, patient education for healthier lifestyles, medical marijuana evaluations, and chiropractic care. He maintains close collaborations with family physicians and medical specialists to ensure patients receive optimal healthcare options and outcomes.
Dr. Hogan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from the University of West Florida in 1994 and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds licenses in Florida and Alabama and is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association.
Residing in Pensacola since his return from Atlanta, Dr. Hogan married his high school sweetheart, Missy, in 2001, and they are blessed with three children: Ella, Cooper, and Griffin.
Frank Murphy, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Murphy, the Medical Director for East Hill Medical Group, is a Board Certified Internist with years of experience in emergency medicine.
Dr. Murphy earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA.
He went on to receive his Medical Degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Murphy completed his residency and was chief resident through the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.
Rick Savarino, MD
Medical MArijuana Physician
Dr. Savarino provides therapeutic medicine through Florida Medical Marijuana Certifications for qualifying patients. He meets with patients to manage and advise the various treatment options that medical marijuana can provide.
An experienced Orthopedic Surgeon, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. He completed his Orthopedic Surgical Residency Training at Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, VA. Dr. Savarino spent 20 years as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola. Looking for a change of pace, he became certified to recommend Medical Marijuana in the State of Florida.
Dr. Savarino lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with his wife and 2 children.
He is licensed to practice in Florida.
Karyn Tapley, MD
Medical MArijuana Physician | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Dr. Tapley is a physician specializing in Florida Medical Marijuana Certifications, aesthetics, integrative medicine, and wellness.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida, trained in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and completed fellowship training in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She also holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and advanced certification in Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence from MIT.
Her expertise includes Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapies, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and preventative health. Having founded private practices and led men’s health and aesthetic clinics, she brings both skill and compassion to her work.
Originally a University of West Florida alumna, Dr. Tapley met her husband there before beginning a journey that spanned his 20-year Navy career and 25 years away from Pensacola.
Now returning to the Gulf Coast, they share their home with a Great Dane, a parrot, and a rare plant nursery — reflecting her love of both people and living things.
Elizabeth Townley, APRN-C
NURSE PRACTITIONER | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Elizabeth A. Townley, APRN-C, is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Injector dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, radiant results through advanced aesthetic treatments. With a passion for facial rejuvenation, she specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and skin-enhancing procedures, tailoring each treatment to meet her patients’ unique goals.
Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing journey with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Pensacola Junior College. With decades of experience in healthcare, she combines her clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver safe, effective, and confidence-boosting treatments.
Outside of the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys riding her Peloton bike, exercising, reading, and spending time near the water. She is also excitedly looking forward to the arrival of her granddaughter!
Katherine Sunnenberg, APRN-C
Nurse practitioner
Katherine “Kate” was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of West Florida in 2006, then gained valuable experience as a nurse in various hospital settings.
Driven by her passion for patient care, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Emory University, graduating in 2010 with a dual specialty and board certification in Women’s Health and Adult Health.
With experience in inpatient care, office settings, and home health, Kate has worked across multiple specialties, always maintaining a strong interest in women’s health, preventative care, and wellness. She is especially passionate about nutrition and holistic health.
At East Hill Medical Group, Kate sees medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy patients, helping them achieve optimal health and well-being.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their beloved pets—a dog and two cats. She loves outdoor activities like swimming, boating, and canoeing with her family, as well as cooking and baking in her free time.
Jessica Locchead, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Jessica Locchead, PA-C has been a certified Physician Assistant since 2008. She earned her undergraduate degree in Dietetics from Florida State University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Jessica has devoted her career to patient care and developed a strong passion for aesthetics. She has been an experienced aesthetic injector at East Hill Medical Group since 2021, offering a wide range of services including Botox®, dermal fillers, skincare treatments, and CO₂ laser therapy. In addition, she is Obesity Medicine certified and launched her weight loss program in 2018. Through personalized treatment plans, Jessica combines prescription weight loss medications, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support to help patients achieve lasting results. She is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Before joining East Hill, Jessica gained extensive clinical experience in Internal Medicine with Dr. Gotthelf for six years, Gastroenterology with Drs. Alshureiki and Powell for another six years, and Osteopathic Sports Medicine for one year.
Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, their two children, Declan and Halle, and their Weimaraners, Chloe and Skyler. As a family, they love swimming, football, dance, and spending time outdoors together.
Misty Abrams, RN
Registered Nurse
Misty Abrams is a Registered Nurse at East Hill Medical Group, where she supports patients through a range of wellness services including hormone replacement therapy, IV drips, lab work, vitals, and overall patient care.
She is passionate about helping people feel their best from the inside out through proactive, preventative medicine.
Misty brings nearly two decades of emergency and trauma nursing experience to the team. She began her career at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola and spent the last ten years traveling across the country as an ER nurse. She was among the first wave of frontline nurses deployed to New York City during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Misty earned her RN from Pensacola State College, completed her bachelor’s coursework at the University of Michigan, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in nursing.
Outside of work, Misty enjoys life with her husband of 13 years, their five children, three cats, and two pet skunks. Her deep clinical background, calm presence, and dedication to wellness make her a trusted and valued part of the East Hill team.
Jessica Ayers, LE, CLT
Spa Coordinator, Licensed Facial Specialist
Jessica is the Spa Coordinator for East Hill Medical Group and is a licensed Laser Technician, as well as a Medical Technician. She has been with East Hill Medical Group since 2012.
Jessica is a graduate of Pensacola State College and Cindy Cassady School of Electrology. She has two delightful children Delilah and Max. Jessica is happily married to her husband Nick.
Natalyn Dixon
Medical Aesthetician & Coolsculpting Specialist
Natalyn is a licensed esthetician who began her journey in the beauty and skincare industry with a strong commitment to helping others look and feel their best.
She earned her Basic Aesthetic License in 2021 and went on to receive her Advanced Aesthetic License in 2022 at Pensacola State , continuing to grow her skills and expertise in the field. Known for her warm personality and results-driven approach, Natalyn is passionate about providing personalized care tailored to each client’s unique skin needs. Outside of her career, she is a proud mother to her son, Amir, who continues to be her biggest inspiration and motivation.
Sarai Thomas, CLT
Laser Technichian & Electrologist
Born and raised in beautiful Pensacola, Sarai has a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel confident in their skin.
With over three years of experience as a licensed laser technician, she specializes in both laser hair removal and electrolysis, providing safe, effective treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Sarai is committed to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. Whether you’re new to hair removal or continuing your aesthetic journey, she takes pride in delivering results that not only meet but exceed expectation.
Outside the treatment room, Sarai enjoys spending quality time with family—especially her mom and younger sister—as well as catching up with close friends. She believe that self-care isn’t just about how you look, but how you feel, and it’s this philosophy that guides every client interaction.
Mirian Zinsman, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
With over 28 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Mirian Zinsman brings a deep understanding of the human body and a compassionate, healing touch to every session.
She specializes in PT Myofascial massage, helping patients manage pain, improve mobility through targeted, therapeutic techniques.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Mirian worked as a surgical tech, labor and delivery tech, GI lab tech, and pain management coordinator.
Her extensive background in patient care allows her to approach massage therapy with both skill and empathy. Outside of work, Mirian enjoys hiking, biking, music, writing, and spending quality time with her family.
Lane Hebert
Office Manager
Lane is the Office Manager and has been with East Hill Medical Group since 2013.
She proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard. Lane is a graduate of Pensacola State College with an Associate of Science degree. She graduated from Sunstate Academy in Clearwater, FL for massage therapy.
Lane’s focus is on managing a practice that emphasizes patient welfare. Her motto is “Teamwork makes the Dream work”, and has organized East Hill Medical Group in cross functional teams to support our excellent patient care.
Diane Nguyen
Assistant Manager
Diane is the Assistant Manager and has been with East Hill Medical Group since 2019.
She acquired her Associate of Arts degree from Pensacola State College. A born multi-tasker Diane manages the front desk with a friendly but efficient hand. Her infectious laughter can be heard as she assists patients with the check out process. Diane is a native of Pensacola and comes from a large loving family. Her cat Hercules is a loyal companion.
