Pensacola, FL – [2/18/2025] – East Hill Medical Group is excited to announce the addition of Katherine “Kate” Sunnenberg, MSN, WHNP-BC, ANP-BC, to its team of healthcare professionals. A Pensacola native, Kate brings extensive experience and a passion for patient-centered care to the practice.

Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of West Florida in 2006 before working in various hospital settings. Her dedication to healthcare led her to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Emory University, where she graduated in 2010 with a dual specialty and board certification in Women’s Health and Adult Health.

With a background in inpatient care, office settings, and home health, Kate has experience across multiple specialties. She has a strong focus on women’s health, preventative care, and wellness, with a particular passion for nutrition and holistic health.

At East Hill Medical Group, Kate specializes in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy, helping patients achieve sustainable, long-term health improvements. She works closely with individuals to develop personalized weight loss plans that incorporate nutritional guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and medical support, ensuring safe and effective results. Additionally, Kate provides hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women, addressing concerns like fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes, and decreased vitality. The previous two times I’ve had it done at a different but we’ll establish clinic I passed out or was extremely light headed. This time they used a vibrating tool and I didn’t feel any of that.
