How do I get my Medical Marijuana Card?

A quick overview and requirements of the Medical Marijuana qualification process:

1. Resident of the State of Florida or a seasonal resident with proper documents.

2. Address on a valid driver’s license/ Florida ID matches your current residency.

3. Doctor’s notes from your last two office visits from the doctor that has diagnosed you with a qualifying condition.

4. Initial visit is $250 with a $50 deposit when making your appointment leaving a $200 balance for your first appointment.

5. Apply for a Medical Marijuana card and pay $75. application fee to the State.

6. The State requires you to get recertified every 7 months/ 210 days and that office visit is $199.
