Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that is also known as collagen induction therapy. This treatment promotes skin rejuvenation, and the hand piece that we use has 36 pin point needles that penetrate into the skin to help with acne, acne scarring, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, and  loose/ saggy skin. Microneedling is safe for all skin types and is recommended 6 treatments to see the fullest results.

Side Effects To Microneedling:

Bleeding

Bruising

Infection

Peeling

Contrindications:

Pregnant or Nursing

Skin conditions such as Psoriasis or Eczema

Open Wounds

If you have had radiation therapy within the last 6 months

What to Expect After Microneedling:

Microneedling is minimally invasive and isn't harsh on the skin like plastic surgery, but there is social down time with this treatment. You may notice irritation of the skin such as redness, peeling, and sensitivity, but after 7 days these side effects should be gone.  Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun so your sunscreen is a must 14 days post treatment. (Although, your sunscreen should be a must everyday :D) Adding on a dermaplane before receiving the treatment will help the needles and peptide serum penetrate deepeinto skin and that will leave you with treatment results that no one can deny. Your skin will look softer, smoother, and tighter after just one treatment. We highly recommend having dermaplane and micro needling service performed together on the same day.
